Qualifications

• Interest in outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn arboriculture practices on the job.
• Valid driver's license required for field duties.
• Experience in tree care or related fields is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training to safely perform arboriculture tasks.
• Assist with tree climbing, pruning, rigging, cabling, and removal of hazards.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, lifts).
• Adhere to safety rules and company safety policies.
• Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
