Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew, focusing on climbing and supporting Arborist Crew Leaders on residential and commercial properties.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and development, with opportunities for advancement and access to Bartlett Research Laboratories resources. As part of a dedicated team, you will work outdoors year-round in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Passion for nature and outdoor work.
• Experience in tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operations in tree care.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties to support job assignments.
• Safely execute arboriculture tasks: tree ID, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, root collar work, tool operation.
• Maintain safety rules and company safety policies.
