Bartlett Tree Experts in Waltham, MA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a safety‑driven tree care crew. You will climb trees and assist Arborist Crew Leaders on residential and commercial properties, ensuring high‑quality pruning, removals, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety rules and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations, and tool operation.
• Learn and adhere to safety rules and company safety policies.
• Demonstrate a passion for nature, environment, and the outdoors.
