Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Seekonk, MA is hiring an Arborist Climber to join a professional outdoor crew. You will climb trees, assist Crew Leaders, and perform multiple tree care tasks with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires climbing experience (DdRT/SRT), operation of aerial lifts, and a valid driver's license. Expect a safety-first workplace with advancement opportunities and paid training throughout the year.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Properly maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
