Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of tree identification, growth habits, pruning standards, and tree risk management.

• Must be able to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job duties and to interact with employees and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Champion Wright Outdoor Solutions' safety-first culture.
• Schedule and coordinate arbor crews, equipment, and resources.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop arbor team members.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and service quality.
• Support sales efforts through site evaluations and technical expertise.
• Achieve branch revenue, gross margin, and profitability objectives.
• Position may require some outside travel.
