Wright Outdoor Solutions in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Crew Leader - Arbor to guide a field crew on arbor projects year-round. You will promote jobsite safety, read daily work orders, and ensure precise workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of arbor experience, ANSI Z133.1-2000 knowledge, a valid driver’s license (CDL within 30 days), and First-Aid/CPR certification. This role involves physical work in all weather and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of arbor industry experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133.1-2000 standards.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL within 30 days.
• First-Aid and CPR certifications required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew to meet safety and quality standards.
• Read and act on daily work orders for crews.
• Assess weather conditions to start/stop work.
• Maintain customer relations and report on crew performance.
• Record timesheets and related reports; manage logs.
• Load/unload logs, brush, and debris; operate equipment.
