Job summary

Wright Outdoor Solutions in Iowa is seeking an Arbor Supervisor to lead arbor operations in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids. You will supervise crews, manage daily production, ensure safety and quality, and help grow the business while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has five or more years of professional arboriculture experience and at least two years of supervisory or crew leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional arboriculture experience.
• Two+ years in supervisory or crew leadership.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead arbor crews and manage daily production.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Plan schedules, equipment, and resources.
• Cultivate customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop employees and provide performance coaching.
• Oversee quality assurance and field audits.
• Travel as needed for emergencies.
