Job summary

Complete Landscaping Services is seeking an Arbor Groundsman to support our arbor crew in Bowie, MD. You will perform ground-based tree work, assist with pruning, and help operate equipment safely and efficiently on site.

The role requires basic tree care knowledge, a valid driver's license if possible, and the ability to communicate in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus. You will join a team dedicated to safety, quality work, and reliable service for commercial clients.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional tree work experience.
• Valid driver license strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform arbor ground labor tasks as instructed by Arbor Crew Lead.
• Safe operation of shredding and chipping equipment and arbor tools.
• Climb and prune various tree types above heights of 15 feet when needed.
• Perform cabling, bracing and specialized pruning.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and on-time task completion.
