Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional tree work experience.
• Valid driver license is strongly preferred, Class B CDL required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform arbor ground labor tasks as instructed by Arbor Crew Lead.
• Safely operate arbor equipment including loaders and chippers.
• Climb and prune various tree types above heights of 15 feet.

Basic tree care principles, pruning techniques

Aerial rescue and safe work practices

Ability to communicate effectively

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to understand and communicate in English

Common sense understanding to carry out tasks
