Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the timely administration of the Producers Mark process, including gathering, organizing, and tracking submission information.
  • Prepare materials for Producers Mark and awards eligibility processes, including redacting sensitive information prior to arbitrations.
  • Coordinate arbitration scheduling, maintain the Arbitrations Calendar, and respond to questions about the submission process.
  • Administer the Producing Partnership Process, including collecting petitions, organizing materials for the Producing Partnership Panel, scheduling meetings, and collecting and tabulating votes.
  • Draft determinations and maintain accurate records of Producing Partnership determinations and dissolutions.
  • Assist with drafting, organizing, and managing legal and arbitration-related documents.
  • Maintain and update the List of Arbiters.
  • Coordinate annual revisions to the Producers Mark and Awards website with the Associate General Counsel and Paralegal & Manager of Arbitrations.
  • Support special projects and initiatives across the legal team, including awards eligibility and ballots.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
