Job description

Description

The Arbitration Case Coordinator is responsible for assisting with preparation, submission, and tracking of federal and state health care arbitration cases, working primarily within independent dispute resolution (IDR) and No Surprise Act (NSA) processes. This individual will help ensure cases are filed accurately, deadlines are met, and supporting document is properly maintained throughout the arbitration life cycle.

No prior arbitration experience is required. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and eager to learn.
