Job summary

Social Factor is seeking a Native Arabic-speaking Community Moderator to build and nurture digital communities for top brands. You will engage with users in real-time, reflect brand voice, and manage conversations across major platforms. Prior moderation experience is required; live-stream moderation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Arabic slang and pop culture.
• Ability to mirror brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required.
• Live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
• Ability to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Reliable internet and computer setup (Windows 10 / macOS 12).
