Ingram Micro is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations professional to manage vendor receivables and MDF funding. You’ll partner with Marketing, Finance, and business units to resolve disputes, improve collections, and ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.

Your daily duties include submitting vendor claims, reconciling balances, tracking aging, documenting controls, and supporting month- and quarter-end close.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and vendor funding programs.
• Strong understanding of marketing claims, rebates, and price protection.
• Ability to reconcile financial data with high accuracy.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage and recover vendor receivables related to marketing funding and vendor programs.
• Ensure timely submission of vendor claims to maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, BU, and shared services to resolve disputes and accelerate collections.
• Reconcile vendor receivable balances and support month-end/quarter-end close.
• Monitor outstanding claims, document controls, and support audits and compliance.
• Track claim status and recovery trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate discrepancies related to vendor claims, credits, and payments.
• Support process improvements that enhance claim management and reporting accuracy.
