Prenuvo is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for a 13‑month contract to drive end-to-end AR transformation across our multi‑entity healthcare platform. You will own invoicing, collections, and system integrations (Stripe, NetSuite) while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Development leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years of AR leadership, strong NetSuite fluency, and experience optimizing multi‑currency processes.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years leading an AR or credit control process transformation.
• Significant AR, collections, or B2B invoicing experience in a lead role.
• Deep NetSuite fluency and strong Stripe knowledge.
• Able to collaborate with Sales, Development and Legal leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current end-to-end AR process and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Design and implement a revamped AR process with new workflows and controls.
• Lead the Stripe–NetSuite integration and coordinate with Engineering.
• Own the end-to-end invoicing cycle and maintain clean billing records.
• Manage aging receivables and negotiate payment arrangements to protect cash flow.
