Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Accounts Receivable Representative team.
• Train staff on billing procedures and performance expectations.
• Distribute workloads and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Oversee pre-billing, billing, collections, and cash posting activities.
• Resolve billing and claim discrepancies and monitor outstanding accounts.
• Review charges and payments from third-party payers and private-pay accounts.
• Analyze AR workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform audits to ensure compliant billing and payment activity.
• Support the resolution of denied or outstanding claims.
• Maintain strong customer service focus for account-related concerns.
• Coach and train team to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
