Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including internships or public accounting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
• CPA pursuit or interest in professional development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial data.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Support budgeting, audit, and compliance-related activities.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support accounting and financial initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and other special projects.
