Under direct supervision, you will assist with financial aid applications, review documents, answer phones and emails, enter data, and support office activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to inquiries via telephone and email.
• Review incoming student financial aid documents.
• Assist students and parents with the financial aid process.
• Enter and update documents in the computer system.
• Support all Financial Aid Office activities as needed.
