Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–20 years of experience in real estate receivables processing and AR collections, ideally with a residential property management company.
• Proficiency in Yardi is a strong plus or MRI (real estate industry software).
• High attention to detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable cycle.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Receive, scan, and deposit checks; create batches for check transactions; sort and process mail.
• Handle deposits and collection payments.
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparation.
• Prepare reports and projections.
