Job summary

The Wynn Las Vegas and Encore resorts are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support accurate and timely processing of receivables. You will manage invoicing across hotel, F&B, events, retail, and other revenue streams, and apply payments from multiple channels.

Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level Excel skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process invoices for hotel, F&B, convention, entertainment, retail, and other resort-related revenue streams.
Apply customer payments received through various payment methods, including wire transfers, electronic payments, credit cards, and checks.
Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies to ensure account accuracy.
Maintain detailed records of accounts receivable transactions and supporting documentation.
Monitor aging reports and assist with collection efforts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
Contact clients regarding past-due accounts while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
