Job summary

PRG, Production Resource Group, a leading live events technology provider, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Las Vegas. You will manage client accounts, billing schedules, invoicing, and collections while coordinating with sales and clients.

Requires 3+ years in accounting or AR, strong Excel and Outlook skills; knowledge of AV equipment is a plus. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, insurance, credit terms, and maintaining a billing calendar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounting, Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience from the entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review new client account applications and Certificate of Insurance.
• Assess client creditworthiness and approve terms.
• Create COD invoices and collect payment.
• Process invoices and distribute them via email.
• Maintain a billing calendar and spreadsheets.
• Provide accounting support to sales agents.
• Resolve client questions and complaints.
