Thrivas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Florida. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and benefits after a 90-day probation period including 100% medical for employees.

Qualificações

• Experience as Accounting Clerk or similar accounting role focused on AR duties.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Open department mail and log client payments into the system.
• Run weekly reports and identify delinquent accounts.
• Perform front-end collections and notify partners of delinquency.
• Accept payments over the phone or log reimbursement notes.
• Perform basic data entry and other accounting duties.
• Assist team and manager on special projects as assigned.
