Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of customer accounts, performing reconciliations, and resolving payment discrepancies to maintain accurate cash flow.

Responsibilities include communicating with agents, brokers, and customers, following prescribed training to meet performance goals, and ensuring productivity and accuracy standards are met. Strong Excel and insurance-related office experience are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, experience preferred.
• Agency billing experience is required.
• Office experience including insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Balance customer accounts while communicating effectively with internal and external business partners
• Perform reconciliation of unapplied cash to open receivables, offsetting transactions, and initiating disbursements where applicable
• Review agent, broker, and customer payment discrepancies to determine origin
• Initiate appropriate actions with Underwriting and partners to approve payment terms and resolve disputes
• Handle customer service inquiries via multiple channels
• Understand and execute performance goals through prescribed training
• Achieve prescribed productivity and accuracy standards
