TTI Floor Care North America in Anderson, SC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily AR activities for internal and external customers, provide financial insights, and support cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes process improvement and accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance or Accounting degree, has strong Excel skills, and is available to work in the office full-time.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Financial Analysis experience preferred.
• Order to Cash experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage customer aging and cash application for assigned portfolio.
• Research and resolve customer deductions (trade allowances, shortages, pricing, fines, etc.).
• Prepare weekly/monthly portfolio reports.
• Create and maintain account-specific process documentation.
• Participate in special projects and audit responses; support process improvements for AR.
