Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify balances needing adjustment and prepare online adjustment requests.
• Work with station personnel to move adjustment requests through the process.
• Reconcile customer receivable accounts and apply prepayments to invoices.
• Research and reconcile account balances and activity per station/customer request.
• Provide account statements upon request.
• Conduct research for short pay discrepancies and resolve next actions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with station personnel and collectors.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers.
