Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and account statements monthly and on request by tenant or management.
• Post receipts and NSFs timely and accurately.
• Process move-in and move-out accounting on an as-needed basis.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies monthly.
• Reconcile cash receipts and security deposit accounts monthly.
• Assist with CAM/TAX/INS reconciliation schedules.
• Assist with tax return preparation.
• Meet with tenants to review ledgers.
• Reconcile bank reconciliations for corporate operating, savings, and investment accounts.

AR Specialist (JN -072026-85512) Kearny, New Jersey

Salary: USD70000 - USD90000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and account statements monthly and when requested by a tenant or management
• Apply and post receipts and NSFs timely and accurately
• Process move-in and move-out accounting timely and accurately on an as-needed basis
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies monthly
• Reconcile cash receipts and security deposit account (s) monthly
• Assist with creating CAM/TAX/INS Reconciliation Recovery Schedules
• Analyze Tenant questions regarding Recoveries or any other charges
• File all sales and use tax and GIT-ER tax every quarter
• Assist with the year-end audit process by preparing supporting documents
• Perform ad hoc/special projects and reports as requested by management
• Meet with Tenants to review ledgers
• Reconcile Bank Reconciliations for Corporate operating, savings, and investment accounts
• Perform Intercompany reconciliations
• Assist with Tax Return Preparation

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience in accounts receivable within real estate
• Experience with Yardi is a must
