CFS is seeking an AR & Collections Specialist to manage client accounts in a hybrid work setting in the United States. You will contact clients, negotiate payment plans, and maintain detailed records of collections activities while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires at least five years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR and/or collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel experience.
