Qualifications

• Experience in insurance collections and billing processes.
• Experience training new users on client systems.
• Knowledge of denied claims and appeals processes.
• Familiar with payer websites such as Navinet or similar portals.
• Proficiency with medical terminology and CPT/Diagnosis codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating AR operations and team performance.
• Provide initial training on the client host system.
• Monitor productivity and quality of AR representatives.
• Follow up with payers to resolve outstanding claims timely.
• Analyze and trend claims to reduce denials.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Use workflow systems and client tools to collect payments.
