Job summary

CDW is hiring an AR Services Consultant in Vernon Hills, IL. You will support accounts receivable activities including rebills and cash application to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt. You will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure accurate data and compliant processes across the AR portfolio.

The role requires a finance/AR background with strong communication skills and experience with ERP systems; bonus focus on process improvements and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with 1 year of experience, or 5 years in Finance Operations or AR.
• Experience supporting B2B finance operations including credit card processing, account reconciliations, wire transfers, refunds, and cash application.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support collections strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Ensure timely cash application and rebills for customers and partners.
• Comply with accounting standards, SOX controls, and company policies.
• Evaluate processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
