Qualifications

• Experience supporting B2B finance operations including credit card processing, reconciliations, and cash application.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support collections strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Ensure timely application of cash and rebills for customer or partner cases.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
