Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an ARP Reconciliation Associate II to maintain, process, and balance transactions on ARP/Positive Pay accounts. You will research issues, generate daily exception reports, and interact with commercial clients to resolve inquiries while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

The role reports to the Account Reconciliation Manager and requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of reconciliation and/or accounting related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications with customer service focus.
• Proven analytical ability and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Routinely process incoming/outgoing transactions of a complex nature.
• Interact regularly with commercial clients, respond promptly to requests and provide superior customer service.
• Prepare and input documentation, review for completeness and accuracy.
• Compile and/or balance data for transaction processing.
• Maintain files, reports and data related to reconciliation.
