Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience.
• Understanding of work routines and standards across processes and systems.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous mindset.
• General math skills for percentages, fractions, and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile records with internal employees, management, external vendors, and customers.
• Review bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements; ensure information is accurate.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and month-end reporting.
• Process disbursements, expense vouchers, cash receipts.
• Resolve questionable or irreconcilable differences and report issues to management.
• Verify and post details of business transactions; prepare reports for validation.
• Provide informal training and coaching to coworkers.
• Recognize and resolve typical and atypical problems that can occur without supervision.
