Job summary

Killbusyseason in St. Louis leads an opportunity to oversee AR operations for a PE-backed national platform of electrical infrastructure businesses. You will manage local billing teams and act as escalation point for collections and billing cycles.

You will drive standard AR processes, leverage Vista Viewpoint/Sage Intacct/NetSuite to optimize cash flow, and collaborate across finance, project management, and operations. Some travel to sites monthly is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of AR or billing teams in a professional services or construction environment.
• Deep ERP experience with Vista Viewpoint, Sage Intacct or NetSuite.
• Ability to design and implement standardized AR processes.
• Strong collaboration with finance, project management and operations.
• Willingness to travel roughly once per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead local billing teams and escalation for collections and billing cycle.
• Drive creation of standard AR processes and reviews to optimize cash flow and controls.
• Leverage construction ERP experience in Vista Viewpoint, Sage Intacct, NetSuite to manage billing.
• Act as primary contact for resolving complex collections and billing cycle issues.
• Design and implement standardized AR processes and controls to boost efficiency.
• Travel about once a month to support onsite AR activities and ensure alignment.
