Qualifications

• Background in Accounts Receivable operations with experience handling collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to organize, analyze, and summarize large data sets.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced, shared-services, or offshore teams.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, business process changes, or operational transformation projects preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with offshore AR resources to track assignments, remove roadblocks, and ensure work is progressing on schedule.
• Assist with receivables functions, including payment collections, account research, discrepancy resolution, and balance reconciliations.
• Build and maintain reports, scorecards, presentations, and management-level updates.
• Review and interpret operational data to support business decisions and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to workflow enhancements and continuous improvement efforts across the AR function.
• Participate in ERP-related initiatives, including a Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and ensure key objectives are completed effectively.
