Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR department and collaborate with the Director of Revenue Sources. You will drive cash flow improvements, monitor performance metrics, and manage a team across all payer sources.

The role requires 3+ years in AR/revenue cycle, strong analytical skills, and experience with EMR/billing systems. This hybrid Texas-based position supports continued growth in a senior finance capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or healthcare billing/finance.
• Home healthcare experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team to meet goals.
• Oversee daily AR operations: collections, reimbursement follow-up, posting, aging.
• Analyze AR aging, denials, and trends to identify improvements.
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs for revenue cycle performance.
• Extract and analyze data from EMR, billing, and financial systems.
