Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee high‑volume AR across multiple profit centers. This hands‑on leader will guide a team of about 10, ensure timely invoicing, cash application, and accurate reconciliations, while enforcing internal controls.

The role is hybrid—three days in office, two days remote—with a salary of $90k–$95k, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including high-volume billing and multi-entity environments.
• Prior lead, senior, or informal supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and training to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily AR activities including high-volume invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations across profit centers.
• Develop and enforce AR policies and best practices; identify gaps and implement workflow improvements.
• Review AR work for accuracy and internal controls; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Assist with month-end close: aging reports, reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support cash flow optimization and decision-making.
