The ideal candidate will oversee aging, collections, and cash applications with strong, hands-on leadership. This on-site role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 and a discretionary bonus of 5–10% based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of A/R, collections, aging, cash application, and account reconciliation.
• Proven ability to improve processes and implement more efficient workflows.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership and other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working fully on‑site in Long Beach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable and collections function, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Oversee customer account balances, aging reports, cash applications, and collection activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on past‑due balances.
• Establish and maintain effective collection processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review A/R aging and collection metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies, payment issues, short pays, credits, and billing questions.
