Sammons Industrial, a leading multi-brand industrial solutions company, seeks an AR leader for its hybrid Dallas-based role. You will manage a high-volume AR operation, partner with Briggs leaders, and drive cash performance and process improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex AR data into clear priorities. Collaboration and accountability are core to the function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience across key areas.
• Experience across at least two AR areas: collections, cash application, and customer credit.
• Proven track record of improving AR performance and cash flow.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across all organization levels.
• Experience resolving disputes, deductions, credits, unapplied cash, and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR team across collections, cash application, and credit activities.
• Oversee AR aging and cash performance, collaborating with branches and leadership to resolve issues.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts, and executive reporting from high-volume data.
• Improve AR processes, SOPs, and automation while aligning to GAAP and policies.
