Job summary

ESAB is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Manager based in Denton, TX, to lead the North America Accounts Receivable function. This role is critical to improving collections, managing the Order-to-Cash process, and transforming AR into a strategic business partner.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in accounts receivable, including significant leadership experience, and will drive continuous improvement in collections and cash flow management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Successful record improving AR performance through DSO reduction.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end O2C cycle, including collections and cash application.
• Develop and enforce credit policies.
• Lead collections strategies to improve cash flow.
