Veranex is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function across global operations and ensure timely month-end close and accurate forecasting. You will work with cross-functional teams to achieve US GAAP and local GAAP compliance while optimizing cash flow.

You will mentor a distributed AR team, implement cash and collections strategies, and deliver executive-level reporting on cash collections, aging, bad debt reserves, and forecast accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-8 years of directly relevant work experience
• 1-2 years of leadership/functional management experience
• Strong Excel skills including forecast models
• Ability to produce accurate cash flow forecasts through fiscal year-end
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, including creating journal entries for customer write-offs and credits
• Remediating legacy or misposted AR data
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and analysis on cash collections, aging, and bad debt reserves

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the accounts receivable function, including the invoices, collections, cash applications, and cash forecasting.
• Develop and implement strategic policies and procedures to enhance AR efficiency, including collections, reporting, and forecasting.
• Manage high-value and complex accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding receivables.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate AR performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement to senior management.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable, including executive-level reporting and analysis on cash collections, aging, bad debt reserves, and cash flow forecasts.
• Establish and maintain customer credit risk policies, including credit reviews and ongoing ratings.
• Provide strategic insights using analytics to support decision making in AR management.
• Lead and mentor AR staff, including offshore or remote team members.
