Position Overview

:As the AR Manager at Pro-Vac

You will be responsible for all customer invoicing and AR reconciliation processes and manage the Billing and AR team.

Requirements

• Are highly organized with attention to detail and accuracyHave a passion for People Management; helping the team be successful and work in a cohesive natureHave advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsPossess a can-do attitude, are quick to pick up new concepts and able to take on assignments with limited oversight or supervisionHave strong communication skills and experience interfacing with customers
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, 5+ years of experience in AR
• Associate's degree with at least 7+ years of related experience is acceptable
• Experience with supervising a team and strong Delegation ability
• Experience in industrial services, construction, or energy industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
