Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function in Middletown, Ohio. This onsite leadership role oversees billing, collections, cash application, credit management, and AR process improvements while guiding a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 5+ years of AR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit, and cash application processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Manage cash application, account reconciliations, and month-end AR close activities.
• Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Oversee customer credit evaluations and credit limit management.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate AR team members.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve customer account issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements.
• Prepare AR metrics, forecasts, and management reports.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function for a growing organization in the Middletown area. This onsite leadership role is responsible for overseeing billing, collections, cash application, credit management, and AR process improvement initiatives while managing and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Manage cash application, account reconciliations, and month-end AR close activities.
• Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
