Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to drive order-to-cash performance across our multi-brand operations. You will lead billing, credit, collections, and cash application, shaping a unified AR strategy with executive visibility.

Responsibilities include modernizing processes, overseeing automation and ERP transitions, and reducing credit losses while accelerating cash conversion. This role collaborates with Operations and Sales and offers growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounts receivable, credit, and collections experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large teams.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and credit risk assessment experience.
• Ability to present research, analysis, and recommendations to executives.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the billing, credit, collections, and cash application processes.
• Develop and implement a consistent accounts receivable strategy across all business units.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, Operations, and Sales to provide data-driven insights.
• Guide the team through process and system modernization, including automation and ERP transitions.
• Protect the company from credit losses and accelerate the conversion of receivables into cash.
