The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Irvine, CA to manage AR reviews, reconciliations, and collection monitoring. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, auditors, and external collection counsel to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate account records.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of AR experience, advanced Excel, strong communication, and familiarity with Aderant or similar legal accounting software. A degree is preferred.

• Five or more years of AR experience and solid accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and attorneys.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Prepare statistical and management reports and conduct AR reviews.
• Perform account reconciliations, research, and financial analyses.
• Identify overdue accounts, monitor collections, and communicate next steps to attorneys.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account discrepancies.
• Coordinate external collection referrals and bankruptcy-related proofs of claim.
• Prepare documentation for audits and respond to requests.
