Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Collections Associate to support accounts receivable activities in Minnesota. The role focuses on contacting clients about past-due invoices, processing payments, and logging detailed notes to ensure timely collections.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Executives to resolve disputes and improve cash flow while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years in collections/financial admin support.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients regarding past due invoices and credits; document all contacts in system.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Executives on disputed invoices.
• Send client copies of invoices; upload invoices into system for Wide Area Workflow and IPP.
• Assist AR in reconciling account payments; enter notes on payments and statuses.
• Process credit card/ACH payments.
• Handle CorpCC emails to process payments for labs.
• Resolve Unapplieds/Short Balances/refunds with research and proper allocations.
• Contribute to team efficiency and participate in work teams.
