Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and general ledger processes
• Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• ERP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process and record customer payments and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain AR aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices
• Upload customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Review and process accounts payable invoices
• Assist with account and inventory reconciliations
• Support sales tax reporting and general accounting duties as needed
