Qualifications

• B2B collections experience preferred.
• Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP software preferred.
• Strong Excel knowledge (Intermediate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned accounts receivable balances and aging reports.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding past-due invoices.
• Follow up consistently to secure timely payment of open balances.
• Establish professional relationships with customers throughout the collection process.
• Research account discrepancies and payment issues with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activity and account status.
• Assist with billing activities as needed.
