You will maintain detailed collection records, support banking activities, and provide exceptional service while safeguarding confidential information. A 1–2 year AR background and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred; training and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• Proficiency with Jonas Construction Software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Collections coordination: contact clients to secure timely payments.
• Cash application: record deposits and update cash receipt logs.
• Customer interaction: answer billing and payment inquiries with excellent service.
• Documentation: maintain records of collection efforts for legal/audit purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Collections Coordination: Proactively manage accounts receivable collections by communicating with clients through various channels to secure timely payments.
• Cash Application: Handle daily cash applications, record bank deposits, and update cash receipt logs.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all collection efforts for legal and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role within the industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
