Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage AR cycle: invoicing, collections, payment application and reporting.
• Monitor overdue balances and initiate collections as needed.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare monthly work order invoices and coordinate with managers for timely billing.
• Review unbilled work orders to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Produce AR reports and maintain GAAP-compliant records.
