Qualifications

• 1–2 years business to business cash applications in a high-volume/high-transaction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong Windows-based computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of assigned receipts (lockbox, OTC, credit cards), minimizing on-account receipts.
• Answering incoming calls from clients and taking credit card payments; direct callers to Collections as needed.
• Mail all checks received to the lockbox for processing.
• Process manual adjustments (bad debt write-offs, miscellaneous adjustments, intercompany adjustments, refunds, debit memos).
• Perform basic account reconciliations without assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
