Graybar is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to help safeguard company assets by correctly applying payments to customer accounts in SAP and High Radius. You will handle daily exceptions, apply card payments, post journal entries, and support the AR function with timely reconciliations.

The role requires one year of cash application experience, a four-year degree in a related field, and proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cash applications experience.
• Four-year degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
• Understanding of debits and credits in Cash Application and AR.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payment exceptions in SAP and High Radius AR system.
• Apply Non-Point Of Sale customer credit card payments accurately.
• Review and post AR journal entries; issue refunds as submitted by finance.
